Mountain dicovery

Panoramic discovery sightseeing in Sisimiut hinterland in UTV - Utility Terrain Vehicles. Sisimiut is one of the only towns in Greenland that has a gravel road which leads out of the town and approx. 10 km into the Back Country. We drive through the sled dog town over a small bridge which crosses the local river with crystal clear drinking water. The Sisimiut Backcountry is surrounded by mountains in three directions. We drive along the gravel road with an overview over the lakes that during winter contains the sled dog tracks all the way though the mountain pass into the east all the way to Kangerlussuaq. The surrounding mountains including Mount Nasaasaaq tell stories about the Inuit way of living. On the tour we make a stop by the creek to drink from the crystal-clear water.
